Oxford Frozen Foods Limited was established
and an 8,000 sq ft Factory was built with the
capacity of 2 million lbs annually.
we introduce onion rings
1971
Oxford Frozen Foods Limited diversified and began producing onions rings and entered into carrot
farming & processing.
we expand our family for the first time
1982
Cherryfield Foods and Halfway River Factory
became apart of Oxford Frozen Foods Limited.
a milestone in factory growth
1988
A capital project at the Oxford location of $5.5 million involved the expansion of 6,250 sq ft addition to the blueberry processing area, 6 million lb cold storage addition, 3,000 sq ft loading dock, and a new onion ring building to house a second production line.

The increase of processing capacity to 3 million lbs a day and a 40 million lb cold storage facility was added as a $30 million capital expansion at the Oxford site.

Mega Blue, also known as Peninsula Foods was purchased by Oxford Frozen Foods and a construction of a new battered product factory was built in Oxford.
