We are Canada's premier manufacturer of frozen carrots. For over 30 years we have been growing and processing top quality frozen carrots for the North American Market.

Process

Our carrots are brought direct from our farms to our processing facilities in Oxford and the Annapolis Valley.

Using the latest processing technology in our manufacturing facilities, we are one of North Americas largest quality producers of frozen carrots. The carrots once frozen are stored in our large volume frozen warehouses until they are sorted, packed and shipped to you, our customer.

All our facilities have rigorous quality systems. We use the latest sorting technologies to remove any foreign material such as stones, sand and other debris, before freezing to ensure only the highest quality to our customers. We have a highly skilled and dedicated QA department, an on-site Microbiologist and state of the art Micro analysis equipment allowing for real time micro data on our products. Our facilities are registered through the applicable government agencies (CFIA, USDA). We ensure our quality systems meet local and international customer requirements. We hold Quality Certifications such as AIB Food Safety and GMP, HACCP, BRC and Kosher.

We also have your packaging demands covered. Our packaging lines accommodate many packaging formats from 20 pound boxes to large totes.
